Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Exchange Policy:

   a. Istyle accepts exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

   b. To qualify for an exchange, the T-shirt must be in unused and unworn condition, with all original tags attached.

c. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired size or design is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.

d. Initiate an exchange by contacting our customer service team at support@istyleindia.com  with your order number, item details, and the preferred size or design for replacement.

2. Refund Policy:

a. Refunds are available within 7 days of the delivery date for T-shirts with defects or damage upon receipt.

b. To qualify for a refund, provide a clear unboxing video of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number and contact information.

   c. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

   d. Refunds do not cover damage due to improper care, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

3. Return Process:

a. Initiate an exchange or refund by contacting our customer service team at support@istyleindia.com 

b. Follow our team's guidance for the return process, including obtaining a return authorization if necessary.

c. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as defective or damaged.

   d. Securely package the item and include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.

4. Product Errors:

a. In the event of wrong product delivery or printing errors, Istyle will exchange the product at no additional cost.

b. Please contact our customer service team immediately at support@istyleindia.com  with details and images of the error for prompt assistance.

5. Store Credit:

a. If a replacement item is unavailable, Istyle will issue a store credit for the original purchase amount,  excluding shipping charges.

b. Store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases on our website.
